Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

At Kidmeo, we do our best to keep our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you won't encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders who have visited our site. Most orders are processed within 4 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, email us at info@kidmeo.com within 4 hours.

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or dispatched within 4 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or dispatched.

Return Policy:

Return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products. Just contact us by email to receive return information.

Damaged packaging is not a reason for refund or replacement.

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 14 day return period we offer 3 options:


1. Refund details and vouchers

By default, the refund method is voucher. If you wish to receive a refund, please let us know.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers do not cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.

2. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item

We are truly sorry! Please email us at info@kidmeo with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. Problem description (e.g. wrong/defective item)
  3. A photo or video

(damaged packaging is not considered defective)

    How can I get a refund for my product?

    If you wish, we can ship you a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Due to inspection, warehouse and handling fees, some items may incur a 15% restocking fee for returned and refunded orders. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer's defect will not incur this restocking fee. Charges will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded. The buyer must pay the return postage.

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

    How do I return an item?

    Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days
    If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kidmeocom

    Shipping:

    Customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product (less the restocking fee).

    If you would like an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 1-2 weeks to reach you.
