Shipping Policy

Shipping times depend on your location.
Most of our products ship instantly from our suppliers as soon as you confirm your payment. Therefore, transit time may take longer than expected (in some cases). Rest assured that we will coordinate closely with the carrier and supplier for accurate tracking number updates within 1-3 business days.

*If for some unknown reason you do not receive your confirmation email, tracking number or tracking updates, simply email us at:info@kidmeo.com and we'll make sure you get it!

  • Orders usually take about 2-5 days after processing and transit time to be delivered. However, please note that this is only an estimate and not an absolute delivery date. Factors such as weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics delays, and COVID-related issues etc. may cause delays that are beyond our control.
  • International orders typically take 1-2** weeks after order processing to be delivered. However, please note that this is only an estimate and not an absolute delivery date. Factors such as weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics delays, etc. may cause delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you've made a mistake, just email us at:info@kidmeo.comas soon as possible.

Kidmeo is not responsible for destination country's tax and/or customs fees that may be incurred. Customers will be held responsible for all restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges levied in the destination country.

* Customer Responsibility Policy for Address 'shipping : We understand that "typing errors" can occur from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). In the event a customer enters incorrect shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order reshipped to the address of new/correct shipment. Kidmeo cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information entered during the customer's order. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We want to make sure your package arrives safe and sound at your doorstep :)

If the order arrives in your country and...

The customer refuses to accept the package.

No attempt is made in the destination country to deliver the package.
Kidmeoreserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refunds.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Follow-up on my order?

When shipping internationally, tracking numbers are not available until 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. To view your tracking number, simply click on your order link in the shipping confirmation email you received. If it's not there, email support and we'll send you your number.

Why is my order stuck in transit?

Sometimes orders are delayed when entering the country. Due to customs inspections and formalities, packages may remain stuck for up to a week without a tracking update. It's quite rare, but it can happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to get it started again, other than just wait.

Where is my package?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery times above, send an email to onfo@kidmeo.com with your order number and request a tracking number. We'll get back to you with the tracking number as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).

Then just click on your tracking number in the email to find out exactly where your order in transit. Please remember that tracking information is not available until 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.
